Broad Bean Hummus

As well as making a fine dip, our Broad Bean Hummus is a great side addition to any main. Not only delicious and healthy but easy to prepare and makes your table look amazing.

  • 200g tinned Chickpeas

  • 100g fresh Broad Beans

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Tahini

  • 100ml Spring Water

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • Paprika


  • Blend all the ingredients together apart from the paprika and sprinkle this on top to garnish.
