4 tablespoons Plain Coconut Yogurt

Directions
- Peel and de-stone the mangos.
- Blend half of the mango and add to a glass pot or a small kitchen glass.
- Cut the rest of the mango in cubes and slices for garnish.
- Top the blended mango with the chopped mango, cover with yogurt and garnish with the slices and the mint.
