Raw Avocado Banana Chocolate Tart

This incredibly tasty dessert promises to be a wholesome and fulfilling treat for the tastebuds. Packed with flavour and ingredients, this healthy version of a chocolate tart includes a delightful combination of avocado and banana.

  • Base
  • 200g destoned Medjool Dates

  • 240g Almonds

  • Pinch of Salt

  • Filling
  • 250g Avocado flesh

  • 50g Coconut Oil

  • 70g Cacao Powder

  • 250g Cashew Nuts, presoaked for 3 hours

  • 100ml Spring Water

  • 100g Banana 

  • 140g Maple Syrup

  • 100g destoned Medjool Dates

  • 1tsp of Vanilla Essence


  • In a food processor, roughly blend the base ingredients together to form a sticky mix.
  • Push the mix into a 10″ tart case with removable bottom and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  • Blend the filling ingredients and fill the tart using a piping bag or a spoon.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
