A healthy summer side dish, perfect with hot or cold meals...
This light and easy to prep side dish is full flavour and is a healthy side dish that combines well with all sorts of mains.
400g Runner Beans
2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp chopped Parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped Red Onion
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Juice of 1/2 Orange
- Wash and trim the beans.
- In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients and set aside.
- Cook the beans in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and mix with the dressing.
- Serve warm.
