This deliciously creamy pasta main works just as well for when you’ve got people round for dinner as it does as as a nice afternoon lunch.

Ingredients
500g Orecchiette Pasta
400g Tenderstem® Broccoli
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Red Chillies (deseeded)
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions
- Wash and immerse the tenderstem® broccoli in salty hot water for 3 or 4 minutes.
- In a sauce pan heat the oil with the garlic and the red chilli. Drain the broccoli saving the water and add to the oil.
- Simmer for few minutes add a ladle of the broccoli water seasoning and blend half of the sauce.
- Cook the pasta using the saved boiling water to add extra flavour. When the pasta is ready drain and mix well with the sauce.
