Ingredients
500g Fresh Broad Beans
500g Fresh Peas
2 Avocados
2 handful of Sour Cherries
1 bunch Asparagus
4 handful of Baby Spinach
5 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
1/2 a Cucumber
Dill for garnish
Directions
- Shell the broad beans and peas and stone, peel and slice the avocado.
- Assemble with the rest of the ingredients and garnish with dill.
