Summer Green Salad

A nice alternative to the usual summer salad…

This recipe is full of flair and adds a touch of elegance at meals times, especially if you’re throwing a dinner party!

Ingredients

  • 500g Fresh Broad Beans

  • 500g Fresh Peas

  • 2 Avocados

  • 2 handful of Sour Cherries

  • 1 bunch Asparagus

  • 4 handful of Baby Spinach

  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 1/2 a Cucumber

  • Dill for garnish

Directions

  • Shell the broad beans and peas and stone, peel and slice the avocado.
  • Assemble with the rest of the ingredients and garnish with dill.
