Ingredients

  • 100g Ginger

  • 30g Turmeric

  • 1 Lime

  • 2 Apples or 100 ml of Apple Juice

Directions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the juicer. 
  • Divide into 2 portions, this recipe makes two shots of juice.

no JUICER METHOD

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend unit the ingredients are combined together.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl through a metal strainer/ sieve.
  • Discard the dry pulp left in the sieve. 
  • Divide the juice into 2 portions, this recipes makes two shots of juice.
