Ingredients
500g Baby Carrots
1 head of Garlic
1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chopped Parsley
Directions
- Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash and peel the carrots and dress with the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, salt pepper and bake in a baking tray.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
