These baked carrots are incredibly tender and sweet. Made with maple syrup, olive oil, garlic and herbs, this easy to prep side is the perfect dish for the holidays or any meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 500g Baby Carrots

  • 1 head of Garlic

  • 1 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Chopped Parsley

Directions

  • Pre heat the oven to 180°C.
  • Wash and peel the carrots and dress with the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, salt pepper and bake in a baking tray.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
