Helda Beans Bruschetta with Garlic & Flax Seeds

Ingredients

  • 200g Helda Beans

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Green Chilli (deseeded) 

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley

  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Bread

Directions

  • Trim wash and cut the beans in 1 cm length. Immerse in boiling water for 3 minute drain and then immerse in ice cold water.
  • In a food blender blitz half of the beans with the garlic, olive oil, chilli and the parsley.
  • Add the rest of the beans seasoning and mix well.
  • Grill or toast your bread and serve with the Helda bean pure on top. Garnish with flax seeds.
