Ingredients
200g Helda Beans
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Green Chilli (deseeded)
2 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Flax Seeds
Salt and Pepper

Directions
- Trim wash and cut the beans in 1 cm length. Immerse in boiling water for 3 minute drain and then immerse in ice cold water.
- In a food blender blitz half of the beans with the garlic, olive oil, chilli and the parsley.
- Add the rest of the beans seasoning and mix well.
- Grill or toast your bread and serve with the Helda bean pure on top. Garnish with flax seeds.
