Ingredients
400g Fresh Okra
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Cajun Pepper
1 Red Chilli (optional)
Sea Salt Flakes to taste
Juice of 1 Lime
Handful Chopped Coriander Leaves
Directions
- Preheat a saucepan, add the olive oil, chilli and the okra and stir for 2 minutes.
- Add the Cajun pepper and keep stirring for a further 30 seconds.
- Add the salt, lime juice and the coriander and cook for a further minute.
- Serve hot!
