Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Avocados, thinly sliced

  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon White Miso Paste

  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

  • 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup 

  • 1 Teaspoon Grated Ginger

  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

  • Toasted Peanuts (for garnish)

Method

  • Arrange the sliced avocados on a serving platter.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, miso paste, rice vinegar, maple syrup and grated ginger to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the miso dressing over the avocado slices. 
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavour.
  • Garnish with crushed peanuts.
